COVID-19 will not contribute an increase near future. negative effects pandemic are partially offset by a sharp reduction contacts, stable supply antiretroviral drugs, expansion hospital-replacement technologies specialized medical units. It necessary set up unified monitoring system for infection this country. Federal form requires improvement revision.
